Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what a rental needs, we do not sell it, and payment card numbers never touch our servers.

What we collect

When you book or request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, organization if you provide one, and the details of your rental or event. During a rental we receive aggregate data-usage totals from the satellite provider for your kit, which we use for plan and overage billing. We do not see the content of your traffic, the sites you visit, or the devices you connect.

How we use it

To fulfill rentals: processing payment, shipping equipment, activating service for your dates, sending transactional email about your order, and billing data overage. We also keep rental records for accounting and to make repeat bookings easier. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who processes it

Four processors handle data on our behalf: Stripe for payments (card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers), EasyPost and its carriers for shipping labels and tracking, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Starlink for satellite service on your rental dates. Each receives only what its job requires.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as long as accounting and tax rules require. To access, correct, or delete personal information beyond that, email support@wifiwithoutwalls.com and we will handle it directly.

Cookies

The storefront uses only the cookies required to operate, such as the checkout session. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
