Outdoor event venue with string lights and guests

Event WiFi Rental

Barns, fields, and historic venues are beautiful and offline. Rent the internet your event needs for exactly the days you need it.

The best event venues rarely come with usable internet. Meanwhile your event runs on it: card readers at the bar, the photo-sharing QR code, the livestream for family who could not travel, the planner coordinating vendors.

Our Event WiFi Kit pairs Starlink satellite internet with a high-capacity access point, so up to 200 guests can connect at a venue that has nothing. We ship it ahead of your date, and setup is measured in minutes, not site visits.

Built for a crowd

The Event WiFi Kit handles up to 200 people, with the access point placed where your guests actually gather.

Keeps payments flowing

Card readers and point-of-sale tablets get a dependable connection, which is the difference between sales and IOUs at a cash bar or vendor booth.

No venue cooperation required

Everything arrives in one kit and runs on standard power. No pulling permits, no negotiating with the venue's DSL.

Frequently asked questions

How many guests can the Event WiFi Kit support?
Up to 200 concurrent users for normal guest traffic like messaging, photo uploads, and payments. For larger events or multi-zone coverage, add access points to the Event WiFi Kit or request a custom quote.
Can it handle a livestream and card readers at once?
Yes. A livestream plus point-of-sale traffic is well within the kit's capacity. We recommend giving the streaming rig a wired or dedicated connection to the router, which the kit supports.
What does the venue need to provide?
Standard 120V power and an outdoor spot with open sky for the dish. That is the whole list. No existing internet service is needed.
What if the event runs over its data plan?
You pick a data plan at booking. If you use more, extra data is billed at $0.75 per GB after your rental ends. No surprise mid-trip shutoffs.
